Residences at Sawyer’s Walk filled all affordable units with LeaseUp
Residences at Sawyer’s Walk (Miami, FL) is a 578-unit senior affordable mixed-use development completed in 2024. Management successfully filled all affordable units with LeaseUp.
Problem
1) Approached deadline for lease-up without full occupancy, 2) lacked clarity on waitlists, 3) spent substantial time manually qualifying prospects, and 4) relied on disjointed and outdated tools.
Solution
LeaseUp was implemented for simplified online resident applications, a lease-up management dashboard for the property team, automated prospect screening & communications, and in-depth reporting.

2,600+ applicants successfully processed through the system - 100% lease-up of affordable units achieved
